Banana Burritos: vegan crunk food

1) Grill a homemade tortilla (these wheat/corn combos were chewy-thick goodness, still warm from the fire at the Dripping Springs, Texas H-E-B …gotta love a chain grocery that makes it’s own tortillas).

2) Cut a banana lengthwise and grill it.

3) Spread sriracha sauce on the tortilla, put the banana on it, sprinkle with paprika, wrap it up.

4) Grill the wrapped up version.

Voila – best snack EVER! Perfect for an afternoon of dreamy surf pop, art-damaged weirdness and (gentle) moshing (AKA my “unofficial” take on South by Southwest).
